Introducing Winter Co-Living at the Commons Hub: January 3rd – April 21st
We are excited to announce the launch of our Winter Co-Living program at the commons hub, running from January 2nd until April 21st, culminating with the end of Hack the Hub.
Nestled in the Austrian Alps near Reichenau an der Rax, the commons hub integrates influences from crypto, permaculture, the arts, mindfulness, and more, united by a shared determination to challenge the status quo and build alternatives. Over the winter months, the hub offers an intimate and inspiring environment for changemakers, innovators, and creatives seeking a collaborative living and working experience in stunning natural surroundings.
What to Expect During Winter Co-Living

Comfortable Accommodation: Our guesthouse accommodates up to 9 permanent overnight guests in private rooms.

Communal Living: Share meaningful experiences with like-minded individuals. Relax in the cozy lounge, cook meals together, gather around the bonfire, or do group activities like winter walks, snowball fights or DnD sessions.

Collaborative Workspaces: Our quiet co-working area offers tables, office chairs, screens, keyboards, and fast WiFi to support your projects and collaborations.

Hands-On Opportunities: In the next few months, we're renovating the bathroom tower (don’t worry, there’s another comfortable bathroom!) and upgrading parts of the kitchen. While support is always welcome, there’s no expectation to participate—feel free to contribute if you’re inspired!

Natural Surroundings: The tranquil beauty of the Austrian Alps offers abundant opportunities for outdoor activities, such as skiing, sledge sliding and hiking.
Costs
Participation in the Winter Co-Living program is €350 per month, including utilities and 10% VAT. Please note that groceries are not included in this price.

Spaces are limited for our Winter Co-Living program. To apply, please send an email to office@commons-hub.at including your name, tentative date of arrival and departure, a short description of yourself and the projects you work on, and any questions you may have.
